图书馆知识管理对图书馆的创新

摘要

随着信息时代的到来，图书馆在人们的生活中不再是摄取知识、查阅信息的主要场所，电脑、手机的广泛应用，互联网搜集资料，提供学习工作所需信息，比起图书馆更为便利快捷。为了让人们对图书馆重新利用起来，要改变原来传统、单一的图书馆管理方式，运用图书管理知识提高图书馆的管理水平，对图书管理方式进行创新，使用有效的措施唤起人们对图书馆新的需求。本文就图书管理知识的作用进行阐述，分析其对图书管理方式进行创新的重要意义，对如何提高图书管理水平展开讨论。%With the advent of the information age, the library is no longer the main position for people to obtain knowledge and con-sult information, as the wide application of computers and cell-phones provides people with easies easier to materials needed for learning and working. In order to make people pick up the uti-lization of libraries, the traditional and single library management model should be changed, using knowledge management to im-prove the level of library management and innovate library man-agement methods, so as to arouse people's new demands for li-braries. This paper elaborated the role of library knowledge man-agement, analyzed its significance to the innovation of library management methods, and discussed how to improve the level of library management.
