SECI模型对研究生创新能力培养的启示

新时期，推进研究生教育机制改革，提升研究生培养质量是研究生培养单位的首要工作。创新能力是研究生关键的技能和素质，创新能力培养是研究生教育的核心内容，运用SECI模型建立研究生创新能力培养的指标体系，对研究生创新能力的培养和评估有一定指导价值。%In the new period, it is a priority for postgraduate training units to impel the reform of postgraduate education mechanism and improve the quality of postgraduate training. In-novative ability is a key skill and quality of postgraduates, so the cultivation of innovative ability is the core content of postgraduate education. To use SECI model to establish an index system for the cultivation of postgraduates' innovative ability is of certain guiding value for the cultivation and evaluation of postgraduates' innovative ability.
