政府文化主导部门对外语人才媒体文化素养建设的方向引导研究

摘要

This paper is based on the regional cultural construc-tion of Liaoning Province. In the times of the new media and uni-versally micro-media, the present status of the quality of media culture and its promotion have become vital factors to the harmo-nious society. In the process, the leading cultural department of the local government plays an important role. The thesis focuses on some suggestions for the government in the following ways:personnel education, cultural construction, the use of the talents, and their lawful value. For in so doing, the talents with foreign languages can make full use of their language advantages and ac-cumulation of their cultures both from home and target language in the regional cultural construction.%本文立足辽宁省区域文化建设，提出在新媒体与全微媒体的当今时代，媒体文化素养的现状与提升成为社会和谐的重要因素。在此过程中，政府文化主导部门的方向引领发挥核心作用。本文着重分析政府文化主导部门在媒体文化素养建设中在人才培养、文化建设、人才利用、人才法制观念等方面的引导作用，以使外语人才的语言优势，中西方文化的积累和底蕴在区域文化建设中发挥最大化。
