近年来,我国大学生就业难的问题越来越突出,大学毕业生的就业压力也越来越大。师范院校毕业生因其就业的特殊性,也引起毕业生、家长、社会媒体等各方面的广泛关注。本文通过社会因素、家庭因素和个人因素三个方面对造成师范院校毕业生就业压力的原因进行分析,有针对性地提出缓解师范院校毕业生就业压力的对策。%In recent years, the problem of difficult employment of university students has become increasingly prominent, and the pressure on employment of university graduates is growing. Be-cause of the particularity of normal university graduates' employ-ment, it has caused widespread concern from graduates, parents, and social media. Through analyzing the three aspects causing normal university graduates' employment pressure, including so-cial factors, family factors and personal factors, this paper pro-posed targeted countermeasures to ease the employment pressure of normal university graduates.
