浅谈图书馆知识公地的保护

Currently, the socialist legal system in China continues to be perfected, and citizens' awareness of intellectual property rights is enhanced. On one hand, intellectual works are protected, and on the other hand, the areas of public intellectual works are shrinking. As the source of works, the library is also suffering from impact and test.%目前，我国社会主义法制不断完善，公民知识产权意识的增强，知识作品一个方面受到保护，另一方面公有知识作品领域面临萎缩，图书馆也正经受着冲击和考验。
