展现科任教师魅力,为后进生成长“给力”--浅谈科任教师在“后进生”转化工作中的作用

     

摘要

德育教育是一项十分复杂的工程,采用不同的教育方式、方法,会得出不同的结果。在高三教育教学过程中,因为科任教师个性不同,采用的教育手段往往也是不同的,其教育的效率、效果也存在千差万别。“抓两头,促中间”这是班级管理过程中遵循的原则之一,但在实际的教学过程中,科任教师往往只关注了优生,而忽略了“后进生”,本文则通过自身高三历史教学工作中的实践,谈谈如何关注后进生,并促进这部分学生进步。%Moral education is a complicated project, and different education styles and methods can produce different results. In the education and teaching of Senior Three, due to the differences of subject teachers' characters as well as the education means they take, the efficiency and results are also different. Focusing on students at the two very poles and promoting students at medium level is one of the principles that should be adhered to in class management, but in practical teaching process, subject teachers often merely pay attention to excellent students and neglect backward students. Through the writer's practice in history teaching for Senior Three, this paper discussed how to pay atten-tion to backward students and promote their progress.
