培养幼儿相信自己力量的心理品质对其一生的发展有极大的影响。所以必须十分重视幼儿自信心的培养。新《纲要》指出：“教师要尊重幼儿的发展水平、能力、经验、学习方式等方面的个体差异，因人施教，努力使每一个幼儿都能获得满足和成功”。本文从幼儿园的课程建设、教师的教育方法、多元化评价等方面就教师如何实施个性化教育进行了简要的阐述。%The cultivation of children's psychological quality of believing their own strength is of great influence on their lifelong development. Therefore, the cultivation of children's self-confi-dence should be attached to great importance. The new"Guide-line"points out that the teacher should respect every child's in-dividual differences in development level, ability, experience and learning style, teach them in accordance with their aptitude, and strive to make every child satisfied and successful. From the con-struction of kindergarten curriculum, teachers' education methods and pluralistic evaluation, this paper briefly elaborated the im-plementation of individualized education.
