高职院校学生管理探析

摘要

Student management in higher vocational colleges should first have a rational management environment and college administrators should attach importance to this work, and be-sides, the management staff plays an important role in the whole management work. This paper analyzed student management work in higher vocational colleges from the above two aspects.%高职院校的学生管理首先要有一个合理的管理环境，而且学校必须重视这项工作，另外学生管理工作队伍在整个管理工作中也是非常重要的，本文从这两方面分析了高职院校的学生管理工作。
