以建筑财会工作室为平台推动专业技能培养的思考--基于专业技能演变分析

摘要

The goal of higher vocational colleges is to train high-quality and high-skilled talents, so the training of profes-sional skills has been attached to much importance. But with the rapid development of information technology, various industries are changing all the time, which requires the introduction of new equipment, technologies and talents in order to meet social de-velopment. Based on the above analysis of the current situation, new ideas of teaching reform and effective measures are urgently needed in higher vocational colleges to train talents adapting to the demands of industries. Taking the construction accounting studio as the example, new equipment, technologies and talents were introduced, and starting from the evolution of professional skills, the whole professional skills training was impelled.%高职院校以培养高素质、高技能型人才为目标，十分重视职业技能的培养。但随着国家信息技术的高速发展，各行各业瞬息万变，都需要引入新设备、新技术、新人才，以适应社会的发展。基于上述的现状分析，许多高职院校迫切需要新的教学改革思路和切实有效的方法来培养适应行业需要的人才。本文通过建筑财会工作室平台为例，提出引入新设备、新技术、新人才，并从专业技能的演变出发，来推动整个专业的技能培养。
