“思想道德修养与法律基础”课程体系与教学模式改革研究

         

摘要

高校“思想道德修养与法律基础”课出现“去本质化”的现象。在教学内容上,表现为实效性遮蔽政治性;在教学主体上,表现为实务性高于政治性;在教学方法上,表现为实用性替代教育性。回归“思想道德修养与法律基础”课的本质属性,就是回归其思想性、政治性和教育性。这就要求在教学评价范式、评价主体和评价指向等方面做出变革。%The phenomenon of de-essentialization has arisen in college "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Founda-tion" course.In teaching content,it is epitomized by covering politicalization with effectiveness;in teaching subject,it is epito-mized by stressing more on practicability than politicalization;in teaching method,it is epitomized by substituting availability for education.To return to the essential attributes of "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Foundation" is to return to its natures of ideology,politicalization and education,which re-quires reforms on teaching evaluation paradigm,evaluation sub-ject and evaluation orientation.
