It is a trend of deepening higher vocational account-ing talent training to improve students' vocational quality and realize students' comprehensive development, with accounting culture as the carrier, and humanistic quality as the connota-tion. Starting from such three elements as knowledge, ability and quality structure, this paper constructed the vocational quality education system, and combined with the ability re-quirements of the accounting post, launched a series of special education activities, and based on classroom teaching, cultivat ed students' cultural connotation and comprehensive vocational abil-ity, so as to infiltrate vocational quality education into the whole process of talent training, and lay a foundation for their future services for the society and their sustainable development.%以会计文化为载体,以人文素质为内涵,提升学生职业品质,实现学生全面发展,是深化高职会计人才培养的一大趋势。从知识、能力和素质结构三个要素出发,构建职业素质教育体系,结合会计岗位职业能力需求,启动一系列专项教育活动,配合课堂教学,使学生具备文化内涵和综合职业能力,将职业素质教育贯穿于人才培养的全过程,为将来服务于社会及可持续发展奠定基础。
