Seizing the current weakness of SOE reform, four mea-sures were put forward from the aspect of discipline inspection and supervision, in order to promote and guarantee the success of SOE reform, including the strengthening of mechanism construc-tion, system construction, style building and team building.%本文抓住当前国企改革的薄弱环节，从纪检监察方面提出四点措施，论述如何通过加强体制建设、制度建设、作风建设、队伍建设，促进与保障国企改革顺利实现。
