摘要

调查研究是有目的、有计划地采用科学方法,对客观事物进行观察了解,收集各种信息材料并对其进行科学研究分析,从而掌握对客观事物规律性认识的一种社会活动过程.调查研究程序的制定是具体实施的关键,关乎调查人意图是否能贯彻,能否能获取最直接可靠的第一手信息材料.本文重点探讨了调查研究程序的准备阶段、实施阶段、研究阶段和结论报告阶段四部分内容.%Investigation and research is a process of acquiring a regular knowledge of objective things through the observation and understanding of them, the collection of various information ma-terials and the scientific research and analysis of them, through targeted and planned scientific methods. The formulation of the procedure of an investigation is the key to its specific implemen-tation, involving whether the investigator's intention can be im-plemented and whether the most direct and reliable first-hand information materials can be obtained. This paper focuses on the four parts of the process of an investigation, including the prepa-ration stage, implementation stage, research stage, conclusion and report stage.
