Readers' satisfaction is the criterion measuring the quality of university library work. Choosing readers' satisfaction as the research object, this paper discusses the subjective and objective factors influencing readers' satisfaction, and puts for-ward the corresponding countermeasures of promoting the library reader satisfaction, in order to effectively promote the continuous optimization of the library service work.%读者满意度是衡量高校图书馆工作优劣的标准,为此本文以读者满意度作为研究对象,探讨了影响读者满意度的主客观因素,并提出了提升图书馆读者满意度的相应对策,以有力促进图书馆服务工作的不断优化.
