高职院校就业教育中思想政治教育的现状分析

Ideological and political education plays a role that cannot be ignored in the ideological guidance of college students. Whether ideological and political education can play an effective role in employment education is of great significance for the im-provement of the quality of students' employment and their em-ployment satisfaction. employment education is a major position for ideological and political education in practice, while ideologi-cal and political education, as an important component of em-ployment education, fails to play its due role.%思想政治教育在大学生思想引领中的作用不容忽视.而就业教育中思想政治教育是否有效发挥作用,对提升学生就业质量和就业满意度都有重要影响.而在实践中,就业教育作为思想政治教育的一个主要阵地,思想政治教育作为就业教育的重要组成部分,却均未能有效发挥其作用.
