Scientific papers are innovative, academic and scientific. Innovation means that new developments can be achieved in scientific theory and practice;academics is the main feature of scientific papers and can fully reveal the objective rules of the development and change of things; scientificalness means that the contents of papers must be real and objective, and the language of papers must be accurate, standardized and highly logical. To enhance the standardization of scientific papers, we must improve the level of editors' creation, so as to make scientif-ic papers perfect.
