近年来，我国生猪生产以及生猪价格呈现反复的波动性，我国2007年以来，出台了一系列的惠民养猪补贴政策来平缓市场波动性。然而这些补贴政策面对不同规模养殖形式采取的是同一标准，相应的补贴效果存在较大区别。本文通过对养猪大省河南省的息县八里岔乡散养养殖户的调查，分析我国现有补贴政策存在的问题，并提出相应的政策建议。%Recently, China's pork production and prices present repeated volatility. From 2007, the government has introduced a series of pig subsidy policies to smooth the volatility. However, the same standard is carried out for different scales and forms of breeding in the subsidy policies, leading to relatively big differ-ences in subsidy effect. Through an investigation on the decen-tralized-pig-breeding farmers at Balicha Village of Xixian Coun-ty in He'nan Province as a major pig-breeding province, this pa-per analyzes the problems of the present subsidy policies, and gives some advice to the government.
