媒介融合背景下的新闻传播人才培养定位探析--基于对媒介融合内涵的理解

摘要

媒介融合是一个具有丰富内涵的新兴传播学概念。我们对其内涵的认识模糊是导致当前我国新闻传播人才定位不准的重要原因。因此，在媒介融合语境下，探析新闻传播人才定位必须从探究媒介融合的真实内涵着手。%Media convergence is a newly-emerging communica-tion concept with rich connotation. Our obscure knowledge of its connotation is an important reason causing the inaccurate orien-tation of news communication talent cultivation in China. There-fore, in the background of media convergence, this paper ana-lyzes that the orientation of news communication talents must start from the exploration of the real connotation of media conver-gence.
