积极心理学视野下高校育人新模式的构建

         

摘要

Combining with the new requirement for university ideological and political work in the new situation, namely, "fo-cusing on humanistic care and psychological counseling", we in-troduce the concept of positive psychology which pays more at-tention to a positive perspective of education and uses positive e-ducation means and innovative education methods to stimulate students' potentials and positive energy of self-promotion and self-development. Combining with the specific connotation of positive psychology from three levels, revolving around the prac-tical work of university education, and considering previous edu-cation experience, we propose the construction of a new universi-ty education model from the perspective of positive psychology. The model includes:the systematic construction based on fami-ly-university-class-dormitory multi-dimensional organization;the improvement of university students' subjective well-being with EQ education as the approach;the cultivation of positive be-haviors and habits with motive stimulation and objective manage-ment as the core; the cultivation of positive psychological traits with self-confidence as the core. Through the construction and practice of the model, we can comprehensively and systematically accomplish the education of university students.%结合新形势下对高校思想政治工作“注重人文关怀和心理疏导”的新要求,引入积极心理学的理念,更加着眼于积极取向的育人视角,采取积极取向的教育手段与具有创新性的教育方式,激发学生的潜力与自我促进、自我发展的正能量,结合积极心理学理论三个层面的具体内涵,围绕高校育人的具体工作实际,借鉴以往的育人经验,提出构建积极心理学视野下高校育人新模式。该模式包括:家庭—学校—班级—寝室多维积极组织系统的建设;以情商教育为途径的大学生主观幸福感的提升;以动机激发和目标管理为核心的积极行为习惯培养;以自信为核心的积极心理特质的培养。通过该模式的构建与实践,全方位、系统性地完成对大学生的培育。
