JSA (Job Safety Analysis) is an effective means com-monly applied to the operation safety evaluation and risk analysis on construction sites, and it can effectively ensure safety opera-tion. Combined with the JSA safety management idea learned in supervising the project of Tianjin Research and Development In-dustrial Base of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, this pa-per details the definition of JSA in construction projects, analyzes its formulation methods and principles, the implementation of JSA and its operation, as well as its advantages and significance compared with traditional safety management.%JSA（Job Safety Analysis）是现在经常应用于建筑施工现场作业安全评估与风险分析的一种有效的手段，它可以有效地确保现场安全作业。本文主要结合在监管中海油天津研发产业基地项目学到的JSA安全管理理念，详细阐述建筑施工项目JSA的定义、分析编制方法和原则，JSA的实施及现场执行情况，以及与传统安全管理对比的优点和实施意义。
