Based on the current situation of metalworking practice teaching, and combined with our optoelectronic professional characteristics, we proposed the stepped metalworking practice teaching taking "extracurricular science and technology activi-ties" as a breakthrough, relying on the projects of teacher re-search, student-centered and teacher-supplemented, specifically addressed the implementation of the program in three phases and outlined the achieved results.%本文阐述了金工实习教学的现状,结合我校光电专业特点,提出以“课外科技活动”为突破口,依托教师科研项目,学生为主,教师为辅,实施阶梯式金工实习教学,具体阐述了三个阶段的实施方案,并简述取得的效果。
