应用型人才培养模式下的电视实践教学探索--以“纪录片理论与实验”课程教学为案例

With the continuous upgrading of new media technolo-gy, the demands of broadcast and television market for talents are changing. Accordingly, in the exploration of TV documentary professional training, universities need the training concept based on applied talents, reform teaching ideas, teaching means, teach-ing methods , and establish a relatively complete system of talent cultivation.%随着新媒体技术的不断升级，广播电视市场对人才的需求发生重大变化。相应地，在探索电视纪录片专业人才培养中，大学需要以应用型人才培养理念为基础，在教学理念、教学手段、教学方法等方面进行综合改革，建立起比较完整的人才培养体系。
