基于校企协同、项目承载式的人才培养模式的构建--以邵阳学院食品类专业为例

"University-enterprise cooperation with projects as the support"talent cultivation mode refers to that, enterprises and u-niversities discuss teaching syllabus and develop products to-gether, integrate scientific research, production with education. Through arranging these three reasonably, it achieves effective coordination, which not only achieves the goal of education serv-ing for education and scientific research, but also production and scientific research can provide corresponding educational envi-ronment and platform for cultivating professional talents, so as to promote the combination of theory and practice, cultivate ad-vanced applied talents with high engineering quality and innova-tive consciousness.%“校企协同、项目承载式”人才培养模式是指通过校企业共商教学大纲、共同进行产品开发，融科研、生产、教育为一体，对三者合理安排，使之有效配合，既达到教育为生产、科研服务的目的，同时生产、科研又可为培养专业人才提供相应的教育环境和平台，促使理论与实践相结合，培养工程素质高、有创新意识的高级应用型人才。
