Exemplified by the"fashionable old people"project of a community at Tiexi District of Shenyang City, this paper ex-plores the problems existing in the establishment of professional social work. It introduces the general situation of the project, de-fines the professionalism of social work, discusses the problems existing in its establishment, and also proposes related counter-measures to establish professional social work.%这篇文章以沈阳市铁西区某社区的“时尚银发”活动为例来展开研究，探讨社会工作的专业性在建立过程中存在的问题。本文介绍了第一城社区“时尚银发”活动的概况，回答了什么是社会工作的专业性，它在建立过程中存在什么问题，也对于社会工作专业性的建立提出了相关对策。
