According to the present situation of material mechan-ics teaching, and combining the basic thoughts of teaching re-form, we attempt to apply ANSYS simulation software in the teaching process. This is a new kind of teaching method. The method can stimulate interest in learning. It can help students to understand the abstract concept of mechanics, and then achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality.%针对目前材料力学的教学现状，结合教学改革的基本思想，在教学过程中引入ANSYS仿真软件，这是一种全新的教学手段。这种新的教学手段，可以激发学生的学习兴趣，帮助学生更快、更形象地理解抽象的力学概念，进而达到提高教学质量的目的。
