黄骅盐区的土盐生产技术——以中王曼村为例

土盐是长芦盐区海盐的一种,在中国盐业史上有其独特的历史地位.黄骅盐区的土盐生产技术未有明确的史料记载,如中王曼村生产土盐的历史及生产工艺都是盐工们口口相传而流传至今.本文通过对黄骅盐区中王曼村的实地考察,对该地区土盐产生的历史背景、土盐的晒制、熬制技术及碱水的制作工艺进行了详细阐述.%Soil salt is a kind of sea salt in Changlu salt production area and its historical position is unique in Changlu and even in the history of Chinese salt industry. There is no clear historical records about soil salt production technology in Huanghua salt production area. The history and production process of Zhongwangman village are handed down from mouth to month by the salt workers. Through the field investigation of Zhongwangman village in Huanghua area, the paper introduced the historical background of soil salt production in this area, the drying process of soil salt, the salt making technology and the production process of alkaline water in detail.
