<正>China’s potassium fertilizer mainly depends on import and the utilization efficiency of K fertilizer was only 30%. So it is very important to enhance utilization efficiency and to reduce its applying amount by improving nutrition characteristics of plant with bioengineering techinques. Potassium channel genes AKT1 and KAT1 were the genes involved in K+ uptake.
