以探索问题导向模式下的科研人才培育机制为线索，文章给出了“本科生”科研创新人才建设和科研创新孵化平台建设的具体实践框架，阐述了如何以“三位一体”式学术互动平台、共享式案例库平台及“开放式、自耦合”科研创新孵化平台为建设路径来提升本科生科研创新能力的方法论逻辑和措施建议。将“问题导向”研究从传统的与教学结合拓展至与科研创新结合，扩展了现有研究的思想边界。%Taking academic talents cultivation mechanism under problem-based model as clue,this paper car-ries out practical framework of scientific research innovation talents cultivation and research innovation hatching platform construction. By elaborating“the trinity”which includes academic interactive platform,shared cases library platform as well as“open-ended and self-coupling”research innovation hatching platform,this paper put forward methodology and measures in details for promoting graduate innovation abilities which in return contributes to extend the "problem-based" research from combined with teaching to combined with scientific research and innovation, and extend the thinking border of the existing research.
