The inter relationship among labo ratory construction ,purchasing and supply of technical property and management of assets(equipment or facilities)was analyzed. It pointed out that the construction and management of laboratouy is the key issue in labora tory affairs. Technical property affairs is the fundamental guarantee in laboratory construction. Optimum management of asssets(equipment or facilities)is the important task in the current condition.
