生理实验教学中动物福利问题探讨

摘要

在生理学实验教学中,动物常被用作实验对象,实验教学中动物福利的问题一直被实验教学者关注.代替、减少和优化动物实验的“3R”原则的提出,为解决这些问题提供了有效的途径和方法.综述了“3R”原则的形成与发展,以及现代“3R”理论研究的概况,并介绍了“3R”在实验教学中的应用.%Animal is commonly used as the test object in the experiment of physiology. For a long time, the teacthers have being faced with the fact that how to seek the pathways to solve the matter of animal welfare in physiology. The 3R principles (Reduction, Replacement and Refinement) offered an efficient approach and method for solving the above problems. This paper not only reviewed the form, development and the research situation about the principles, but also introduced the teaching reform based on the principles of 3R to the experiment of physiology.
