材料专业学生创新实践能力培养探讨

     

摘要

为培养适应现代经济、文化和社会发展需要的具有创新精神和实践能力的人才,学校提出了以能力培养为核心的教学理念,理顺了实验教学与材料学科创新人才培养的关系,探讨了该专业学生创新实践能力培养的思路和途径,提出了创新实验项目选题与设置的原则,并与科研项目相结合.为指导学生申报创新项目,专设“材料设计”创新实验课程,从创新基金的实施、管理和保障措施等方面加以论述,通过创新实验提高了大学生创新能力和综合素质.%Based on the characteristics of materials specialty, a viewpoint on cultivating the creative and practical ability of college student and a concept on capacity cultivating as the key role in the teaching activity were proposed. We described the relationship of experimental teaching and material discipline innovation for talents training, and discussed the ideas and approaches to explore the creative and practical ability for the students major in materials. A principle for selecting and setting the topic of the experimental innovation projects was proposed and combined with the research projects. To instruct the student to apply the projects,we set up an innovative experimental material design course. From the aspects of implement, management and protection of the innovative projects, we described the effect of innovative experiment on cultivating the creative and practical ability and quality education.
