化工产品全生命周期虚拟仿真实验教学中心建设与实践

         

摘要

In order to adapt to the trend of higher educational informatization construction and experimental teaching reform,constructing virtual simulation experimental teaching center of chemical engineering can effectively solve students 'weakened practice and training problems of chemical engineering specialty,and helpfully cultivate students' ability on solving practical and complex chemical engineering problems,which achieves the purpose of building fully developed chemical engineering talents.The virtual simulation experimental teaching center of the life cycle of chemical products in BUCT takes the life cycle of chemical products as the main line,and integrates the real engineering experience into engineering education.Through focusing on the construction of six platforms and developing modular,hierarchical practice teaching,students may obtain advanced,real,practical and productive engineering experience.Thus,it may greatly strengthen the students'engineering quality and improves students'practical innovation ability.What's more,some useful experiences may be accumulated and provided to virtual simulation experimental teaching center of chemical engineering.%为顺应高等教育信息化建设和实验教学改革,建设化工类虚拟仿真实验教学中心,可以有效解决化工类专业学生实习实训被弱化的问题,有助于培养学生解决实际与复杂问题的能力,打造全面发展的化工工程人才.北京化工大学“化工产品全生命周期虚拟仿真实验教学中心”以化工产品全生命周期为主线,将真实的工程体验融入到工程师教育中,着力建设6个平台,分模块、分层次开展实践教学,实现了先进性、真实性、实用性、生产性相结合的工程体验,强化了学生的工程素质,提高了学生的实践创新能力,为化工类虚拟仿真实验教学中心建设积累了一些可借鉴的经验.
