一种太阳能集热器自动寻光系统设计

         

摘要

An automatic ray tracer of solar energy collector, in which the collector tubes are separated from the water storage tank, has been designed for achievement of high thermal efficiency. An 89C55WD chip is used to control the water temperature and level to obtain satisfactory heat efficiency. A linear actuators are used to keep trace of the sunlight by either the timing method or the solar radiation comparison method based on a STC89C52 chip. The efficiency -time curves for the fixed -angle, adjustable-angle collector and the collector as designed are simulated and discussed.%设计了一种能时时跟踪光线,保持最优集热效率的太阳能集热器自动寻光系统.集热管与保温水箱为分体式结构,89C55WD单片机通过温度和水位传感器控制电磁阀开闭保证系统高效运行.运用STC89C52单片机通过光敏电阻光强比较法和定时法确认光线角度,控制电动推杆调节集热器支架方位实现寻光,并对固定倾角、调整倾角和文章所设计集热器接收的太阳辐射量进行模拟对比及分析.
