交流25kV电力机车受电弓升弓和降弓电磁辐射特性研究及局部改善措施

         

摘要

The phenomenon of arc discharge between pantograph and catenary is the main cause of the fault of the sensitive equipment of EMU.First, to investigate the electromagnetic radiation characteristics of pantograph lifting and dropping, an equivalent circuit model of pantograph lifting and dropping is established and the coupling relationship between arc energy and time is theoretically analyzed based on the measured parameters of the CRH380 BL EMU.Then, the relationship between the arc duration of pantograph lifting and the arc duration of pantograph dropping is deduced based on the theory of electromagnetic field mirror image.Finally, the theoretical analysis results are verified by measuring the electromagnetic radiation characteristics of pantograph lifting of CRH380 BL EMU according to the standard of GB/T 24338.2-2011, and corresponding local improvement measures are proposed.The verification results show that the electromagnetic radiation generated by pantograph lifting is generally greater than that produced by pantograph dropping, and the electromagnetic radiation of the arc is mainly concentrated in the 3~5 MHz band, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis model established in this paper.%受电弓在升降弓时与接触网间发生电弧放电现象,产生电磁骚扰是引起动车组敏感设备故障的重要原因.为考察受电弓升弓和降弓的电磁辐射特性,首先基于CRH380BL动车组实测参数,建立受电弓升降弓等效电路模型,从理论上分析电弧能量与时间的耦合关系;其次基于电磁场镜像理论,推导受电弓升弓电弧持续时间与降弓电弧持续时间的关系;最后根据GB/T 24338.2-2011标准,通过实测CRH380BL动车组升降弓电磁辐射,对理论分析结果进行实验验证;并提出相应的局部改善措施.验证结果表明,受电弓升弓产生的电磁辐射普遍大于降弓产生的电磁辐射,且弓网电弧的电磁辐射主要集中在3~5 MHz频段内,验证了理论分析模型的正确性.
