昆山南站站房改造工程对既有高铁桥梁安全影响分析

         

摘要

结合昆山南高架站站房改造工程,通过ABAQUS软件建立有限元实体分析模型,研究新建结构物对邻近高铁桥梁桥墩、基础承载力、变形的影响.通过数值分析,得出以下结论:(1)昆山南站新增建筑结构建成后,既有高铁桥墩墩身承载力、局部应力仍满足规范要求;(2)新建桩基从施工到上部荷载加载过程中,对邻近高铁桥既有桩基的摩阻力、剪力和弯矩影响不大,对桩身轴力,上部荷载加载后则有明显增加.桥墩发生向新增建筑区域倾倒的变形趋势,但桥墩墩顶水平位移和竖向沉降的变化值不大于控制限值1 mm;(3)水泥搅拌桩对地基有加固作用,但其施工时会对桥梁桩基产生不利影响,应保证搅拌桩与桥墩桩基有一定安全距离.%In this paper, the ABAQUS finite element program is used to analyze the influences of the Kushan south railway station reconstruction on the pier, foundation bearing capacity and deformation of the adjacent high speed railway bridge. The results of numerical simulation analysis show that (1) after the completion of the additional Kushan south railway station structures, both the bearing capacity and local stress of the bridge pier of HSR satisfy the requirement of design and standard; ( 2 ) the friction, shear force and bending moment of HSR bridge pile foundation have no obvious change during and after the construction of the building pile foundation, but the axial force increases obviously after the upper load is in place; the bridge pier tends to incline to the new construction areas, but the change of horizontal displacement and vertical settlement of pier are less than 1 mm of the control limit;(3) the cement mixing pile is able to reinforce the foundation, but it's necessary to keep a safe distance between the mixing pile and the pier foundation due to the adverse effect caused by the construction on the bridge foundation.
