摘要

According to the existing status of information management platform, the situation of information resource conifguration and the practical demands of transportation safety production of the Railway Administration, the paper introduces construction of the dispatching control system for safety production of the Railway Administration, in order to establish a centralized and uniifed structure for the Railway Administration.%根据全局既有信息管理平台建设的现状、信息资源配置情况和运输安全生产的实际需求，建设铁路安全生产指挥中心局级系统，构建全局安全生产集中统一指挥的格局。
