总结2011年铁路技术标准工作在标准制修订、高铁技术标准梳理、参与国际标准化活动、标准科研和标准管理等方面取得的成绩,以及高铁标准制修订工作、技术标准体系和标准化基础能力方面存在的问题。分析当前铁路技术标准工作面临的形势,明确铁路技术标准工作的总体思路、原则和主要任务,并为进一步搞好铁路标准化工作提出了意见和要求。%The author summarizes the achievements gained by the railway standardization work in 2011 from five aspects, including standards formulation and modification, re-organization of high-speed railway technology stan- dards, participation into the international standardization work, standardization researches and standards management, and also summarizes the problems existing in the formulation and modification of high-speed railway standards, technical standards system and the fundamental ability of standardization. The author analyzes the current situation in front of railway technical standardization work, defines the general thoughts, principles and key tasks of railway technical standardization work, and gives suggestions and requirements on further improving railway standardization work.
