摘要

It introduces the background and basic content of the organization theory of team-net,and the principle of its formulation;describes the influence of team-net organization to the new product development,technological innovation,and the development of new-high tech enterprises;analyzes the development trend of this type of organization,which is to form team-net cooperation among enterprises;and then discusses the necessity and possibility of establishing team-net in Chinese enterprises in this paper.%讨论了团队网络组织理论形成的背景、基本内容和组建原则,论述了团队网络组织对新产品开发、技术创新和高新技术企业发展的影响;这一组织形式的发展趋势——组建企业间的团队网络合作。最后讨论了团队网络组织在国内企业中实施的必要性和可能性。
