我国城市的建设和发展速度非常快，那么与之相对应的城市交通也就愈加发达，交通工程的质量也就成为人们所广泛关注的问题，而交通工程管理是交通建设的关键所在，由于受到我国国情的影响，我国在交通工程管理方面还不够完善，很多工程管理人员没有意识到自身工作的重要性，因此无法真正投入到工作中去，我国的相关部门必须加大监管的力度，从实际情况开始分析，进而采取合理、科学的手段，提高交通工程管理质量，为人们提供更好的出行环境。%T he construction and development of cities in china are really fast these years ,meanw hile ,ur‐ban traffic has been increasingly developed .So the quality of traffic engineering has been widely concerned by people .Influenced by China's national condition ,traffic engineering management in China is inadequate and many project managers haven't realized the significance of their work ,which means they can not devote them‐selves into traffic engineering managing .As traffic engineering management is a key step in traffic construc‐tion ,relevant departments should enhance supervision from practical condition ,using reasonable and scientific methods to improve the quality of traffic engineering management ,and finally providing a better travel environ‐ment for people .
