干法腈纶丝束含油率的影响因素

结合生产实际，针对各工艺环节，主要在稳定油剂黏度和含固量方面，通过控制油剂在丝束上的附着量，减少施加在丝束上的油剂损失等方式，保证丝束含油率的稳定性。%According to the production practice and every process, especially considering the stabilizing viscosity and solid content of the oil, stability of the oil content of the acrylic tow was guaranteed by means of controlling the adhesion amount of the oil on acrylic tow and decreasing the oil loss exerted on acrylic tow.
