齐鲁氯碱厂2＃氯乙烯装置裂解炉余热回收改造

摘要

Air preheater was installed on cracking furnace of No.2 vinyl chloride device in Qilu Chlor -alkali Plant to recover waste heat from convection section of the cracking furnace and heat the required air for combustion, which decreased the consumption of fuel gas for the crack-ing furnace.Running data showed that per unit fuel gas consumption was decreased by 3 kg/t and cost was saved about ￥ 7.36 million/a after the air preheater was put into use.%为降低裂解炉燃料气消耗，在齐鲁氯碱厂2＃氯乙烯装置裂解炉对流段安装空气预热器，回收裂解炉对流段余热并对燃烧所需空气进行加热。投用后的运行数据表明，该装置裂解炉燃料气单耗降低了3.0 kg ／t，年节约费用约736万元。
