公民社会与新集体主义的共域

摘要

公民社会与集体主义是两种迥异的理论模式：公民社会理论基于对个人主义的一贯信仰，对国家抱有防范的态度，而集体主义则强调国家在利益组织协调中的核心地位；公民社会是社会组织通过自我协调最终形成一个社会自治领域，而集体主义则强调国家在协调中的主导作用。然而，两者在对公共利益的追求上却是殊途同归，都表现出一种公共精神。%Civil Society and collectivism are two different theoretical models:Civil society theory that is based on the belief in individualism has always been the country have the attitude of prevention,Collectivism stressed the central position of the countries in the interests of the organization and coordination.The civil society is a society organizations through self-coordina-tion of the final formation of a field of social self,collectivism stressed the leading role of national coordination.However,both in the public interest to pursue the same thing,have shown a public spirit.
