超文本文学是一种以网络为出版载体,以超文本链接技术为支撑的新型文学品类.超文本文学是掌握超文本链接技术的主体对文字、语音、图像、视频等各种原材料进行加工而成的文学作品.与传统线性文本不同,超文本文学只能在网络上出版,其文本亦呈现传统纸质出版不能实现的特征:"赛博"空间中的立体网状结构、多媒体化的众声喧哗、技术把玩下的能指"嬉戏".区别于传统创作动机的"言志"与"缘情",超文本文学之工艺设计的心理成因可以分析为游戏说和补偿说.%Hypertext literature is a new literary genre which takes the network as the publishing carrier and the hypertext link technology as the support. Hypertext literature is a literary work processed from various raw materials such as text, voice, image and video by the people who master hypertext linking technology. Different from traditional linear texts, hypertext literature which can only be published on the internet presents its own unique characteristics: a three-dimensional net structure in the cyberspace, various voices of the multimedia and the technological "playing" of signifier. Distinct from the traditional saying like "Poetry Tells Ambitions" and "Poetry Origins in Emotion", the motivation of the creation of the hyperlinks in the hypertext literature could be understood as game-playing and psychological compensation.
