心理投射技术在学校心理咨询中的实践与应用

摘要

目的：探讨心理投射技术在学校心理咨询中的实践意义和应用价值。方法：采取文献法梳理资料，案例分析法阐明实践操作。结果：心理投射技术能够降低学生的自我心理防御，减少他们的社交恐怖情绪，缓解他们的厌学心理，该技术可以有效地应用于学校心理咨询。结论：学校的心理健康教育部门应将诸如罗夏墨迹测验、绘画投射测验、沙盘游戏疗法、意象对话等多种心理投射技术相结合，广泛应用于青少年心理咨询。%Objective:To investigate the practice and application of psychological projective techniques in school counseling. Methods:Carding the information based on the literature material law and expounding practice operation by case analysis. Results:The psychological projective techniques could reduce self-psychological defense,social phobia and negative psychological state of the students. So this technique could be used effectively in school counseling. Conclusion:The department of school mental health education should combine Rorschach Inkblot Test,Projective Drawing Test,Sandplay Therapy and Imagery Conversing together applied to adolescent psychological counseling.
