负担感、照料满意感对家庭照料者情绪的影响

摘要

本研究采用照料者负担指数、照料工作满意感量表和情感量表对203名脑卒中患者的家庭照料者进行施测。结果表明：82.27%的脑卒中患者家庭照料者有明显的照料压力,并有较高的照料满意感,负性情绪多于正性情绪;人口学变量中,居住地与家庭照料者的正性情绪有显著的负相关,与负性情绪有显著的正相关;负担感能显著地负向预测家庭照料者的正性情绪,正向预测负性情绪;照料满意感能显著地正向预测家庭照料者的正性情绪,负向预测负性情绪。%203 family caregivers of stroke patient,selected by snow ball sampling method from 5 provinces in China,were selected with Caregiver Burden Index Scale,Care Work Satisfaction Scale and Affect Scales.The result showed that approximately 82.27% of family caregivers of stroke patient felt burden and high caregiving satisfaction,and there were more negative affect than positive affect;Family seat（city/country） was negatively related to the positive affect,and positively correlative to the negative affect;burden could negatively predict positive affect significantly（β=-0.17,p0.01） and positively predict negative affect;caregiving satisfaction could positively predict positive affect significantly and negatively predict negative affect.
