终身雇佣制的瓦解与工作场所持续不断的变化,增加了个体职业发展的不确定性。职业生涯韧性的提升能够帮助职业人员良好地应对职业变化,尤其有利于克服职业压力与障碍。文章首先对职业生涯韧性的概念来源与内涵、测量,以及相关研究现状给予了介绍和评述,接着讨论了职业生涯韧性对雇佣关系的实践启示,最后指出了未来有待进一步研究的问题。%The collapse of lifetime employment and the continuous change in workplace that increase the uncertainty of individual career development.Enhancing career resilience can help employees deal with career change composedly,especially overcome career stress and barrier.Based on the reviews of the literature,this paper analyzes the concept's origin and meaning of career resilience,gives a description for measurement of career resilience as well as related research,and discusses the meaning of career resilience to management practice.Finally,the paper outlooks the trend of career resilience in future research which will contribute to development and improvement of the resilience theory.
