猪链球菌广东分离株的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘要

Isolation and identification of Streptococcus suis in Shaoguan Guangdong Province were conduc‐ted ,and 3 strains were obtained .morphology ,biochemistry test ,sequence analysis of 16S rRNA gene ,de‐tection of virulence genes of Streptococcus suis serotypes 2 and drug sensitivity test were done on them . The result of tests were as follows :their morphology ,dyeing characteristics ,biochemical characteristics were in coincidence with characteristics of Streptococcus suis .The sequences of 16S rRNA of 3 strains were obtained successfully .The sequences were compared with related sequence through online Blast in NCBI ,showing the 3 strains were Streptococcus suis .Thruogh this PCR ,which is based on the amplifica‐tion of the cps2J gene coding for the capsule of Streptococcus suis serotypes 2 ,A fragmentof 459 bp corre‐sponding to a part of the cps gene coding for the capsule was only obtained with Streptococcus suis sero‐types 2 strains as expecte .Drug susceptibility test results showed that the isolates were drugresistant to 21 kinds of antibiotic .%对来自广东韶关某猪场的疑似猪链球菌病病料进行分离鉴定，共分离到3株链球菌，对这3株链球菌进行了形态学观察、生化试验、16S rRNA基因序列分析、猪链球菌2型的毒力基因检测及药敏试验。结果表明，其形态、染色、生化特性均符合猪链球茵的特点，测序后Blast同源性分析，证实3株菌株均为猪链球菌，用猪链球菌2型Cps2J引物进行PCR扩增，获得预期的459 bp大小的目的片段。药敏试验结果表明，该菌对3种常用抗生素表现出敏感，对21种常用抗生素表现出耐药。
