To investigate the prevalence of E .coli causing mastitis and its antimicrobial resistance in scaled dairy cow farms of Shihezi,Xinjiang,E .coli were isolated,molecular and biochemical identification were made from 85 clinical or subclinical mastitis milk samples collected from some dairy farms in Shihezi,anti-microbial resistances of E .coli were also analyzed.Among the 85 samples,there are 127 strains of bacteria, including 27 strains of E .coli ,accounting for 21.26%.Antimicrobial resistance test results showed that 27 strains of E .coli are all resistant to bacitracin,and more than 66% resistant to penicillin,cotrimoxazole,e-rythromycin,more than 80% are sensitive to amikacin,enrofloxacin,florfenicol,ceftriaxone and cefopera-zone.The survey provided theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of dairy cow mastitis.%为了解引起新疆石河子地区规模化牛场奶牛乳房炎大肠埃希菌的流行情况及其耐药性,对石河子地区部分奶牛场采集85份临床型或隐性乳房炎奶样进行大肠埃希菌的分离、鉴定及耐药性试验.结果表明,从85份奶样中分离到127株细菌,其中大肠埃希菌27株,占21.26%.耐药性试验结果显示,27株大肠埃希菌全部对杆菌肽耐药,66%以上对青霉素、复方新诺明、红霉素耐药,80%以上对丁胺卡那霉素、恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、头孢曲松、头孢哌酮5种药物敏感.调查结果为本地区奶牛乳房炎的防控提供了参考依据.
