直接染料和阳离子染料对棉和苎麻的染色差异性

         

摘要

Direct and cationic dyes were used to dye cotton and ramie fabrics respectively.The values of L*a*b*,chroma difference,color difference and K/S value were measured to research the color difference between cotton and ramie fabrics affter dyeing.It found that the dyed cotton fabrics had higher K/S and chroma values compared with the dyed ramie fabrics with both direct dyes and cationic dyes.When Direct Fast Scarlet 4BS,Direct Bordeaux GB,Direct Chrysophene G,Direct Yellow Brown D3G,Basic Flavine O and Cationic Brilliant Blue RL were used to dye the fabrics,all of the color difference values between dyeing of cotton and ramie fabrics were more than 5.%用直接染料和阳离子染料分别对棉和苎麻织物进行染色,测定了染色织物的L*a*b*值,并计算了同一染料在相同条件下对两种织物的彩度差值、色差值和K/S差值。结果表明,几种染料对棉和苎麻的染色存在不同程度的差异性,用直接染料和阳离子染料染色的棉织物的K/S值和彩度值明显高于苎麻织物;使用直接耐酸大红4BS、直接枣红GB、直接冻黄G、直接黄棕D3G、阳离子嫩黄O、阳离子艳蓝RL对棉和苎麻的织物进行染色时,棉和苎麻织物之间的色差值均大于5。
