长非编码RNA（lncRNA）与心血管疾病

Cardiovascular disease has been a huge threat to human health.Studies of cardiovascular dis-ease is always an important field of basic medicine.Noncoding RNAs,once thought to be useless,are gaining attention from researchers along with the development of genetics and medical informatics.Most of noncoding RNAs are long noncoding RNA.Evidences suggest that long noncoding RNAs are connected to cardiovascular doisease,yet we still don't know much about their functions and how they work.Here we review the functions and characteristics of long noncoding RNAs and the relationship between long non-coding RNAs and cardiovascular disease.These studies may contribute to better comprehension of the eti-ology and pathophysiology of cardiovascular disease.%心血管疾病严重威胁人类健康。有关心血管疾病的研究一直是基础医学的一个重点研究方向。随着遗传学和医学信息学研究的发展，曾被认为无用的非编码基因序列受到到广大研究者越来越多关注。占非编码RNA（ncRNA）大多数的长非编码RNA（lncRNA）的相关研究正在兴起。虽然对lncRNA功能和作用机制的研究尚处于起步阶段，但已有不少证据表明lncRNA与心血管疾病有着密切联系。本文介绍lncRNA的功能和特点，并在已有研究的基础上综述lncRNA与心血管疾病的关系，这些研究进展将为进一步理解心血管疾病发生发展的分子医学基础提供依据。
